Rete Franco Italia bought by Codere

Codere has completed the acquisition of “Rete Franco Italia” after being authorized by the Italian AAMS (Autonomous Administration of State Monopoly), with which they incorporate 9,000 new gambling machines spread in 4,200 sites, according to a press release from the Spanish enterprise.

“Rete Franco Italia” is one of the ten dealers for the network activation and operation of gambling management granted on July 14th 2004 by the AAMS.

Codere’s acquisition of “Rete Franco Italia” has caused to change the Italian company’s representative, nowadays Marco Castaldo. The new representative has assured the commitment of “Rete Franco Italia” with the AAMS, and added that “their main objective is to keep a full functioning network and, at the same time, maintain service standards, without ceasing customers support in developing their market activities”.

Codere manages 35,000 amusement machines, 89 bingo halls, 41 sport betting rooms, two racetracks and six casinos spread in Spain, Italy, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Uruguay.
